Month: January 2018

This week we decided to make a new wooden canvas frame for Jamie (of Dear Lillie and Bluestone Hill). Just a warning–this is Jason post, so aside from Jamie’s pictures of the finished frame I am issuing a POOR PHOTO QUALITY ALERT!

Jamie has a canvas from Fine Art by Deann that she loves and has wanted to frame for a little while now, so we thought we could make one and show you all the process!

Good afternoon! I hope you all are having a wonderful week. We are having ANOTHER snow day here! Ha! My kids sure are enjoying it. I have been busy painting our master bedroom and working on a few other projects that I will be sharing soon but for today I just wanted to pop in with a few kitchen pictures.

Good morning! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Ours will be busy and filled with lots and lots of basketball. We will have a full post up on Monday with all of the details of the changes we made to our bonus room along with a detailed source list for everything but for now here are a few sneak peeks.

Hello! Well I don’t know about you, but we have had some FREEZING temperatures here along with quite a bit of snow last week so one afternoon after playing in the snow we decided to make some hot chocolate floats and get warm by the fire!

Snuggling up by the fire – it took quite a while to thaw our poor fingers and toes out – ha!

Happy new year from all of us at Dear Lillie! This is Jenni’s brother Jason filling in today. In the coming months you should be hearing from me on pretty regular basis, as I plan to submit a weekly post for the remainder of the upcoming year. For those of you that have been reading and following along with the Dear Lillie blog since the early days, you may remember all the way back in 2011 and 2012 when I would write a monthly blog post.
