Good afternoon! It’s so nice seeing the sun out after so much rain this past month! I am working on the sunroom today here at out rental and I am hoping to have it finished up tomorrow so that I can get it photographed either tomorrow or Thursday and post about it next week. It’s one of the rooms we haven’t shown yet from the place we are renting and I am looking forward to sharing it! And I am hoping to get a client’s space photographed this week as well, although that may have to wait until next week depending on a few things. We have been working on quite a few different client spaces but haven’t shared one in a while so I thought it would be fun to give a little peek at one of them. And we also got permission to remodel the powder room at our rental and I finalized all of those details today and am really excited to get that project underway!

Today though I wanted to share a coffee table we added to our living room. I mentioned back when I first posted about this room that I wanted to switch out the ottoman we had in here for a coffee table to help balance things out in this room a bit more. Because I don’t know where we will end up next I didn’t want to invest in a piece we may not be able to use in the future so was quite excited when I saw the price on this piece. It was the look I was going for but a fraction of the cost.

I love this vase and have been keeping it full of flowers since I purchased it! And the jacks are a full little touch!

Here’s the view in from the entryway:

And here are a few wider angled shots:

Well, that’s it for today!
