Good Morning! Today we are joining a bunch of our blogging friends for another installment of the Seasons of Home Holiday Series and today we are sharing our Christmas Trees! This year I am sharing a super simple tree that has warm touches that I think help it feel like it still goes along with Thanksgiving. And then after Thanksgiving I plan on moving the orange slices to another spot in our house, swapping the leather pillows with some green ones we have, and adding a few more ornaments on the tree and going with a white and green look. 

Right now on our tree I have a simple beaded garland I have had for a while now, along with some candle lights. Then the only other things I have added so far as some simple tassel ornaments that cost me about a dollar to make (there’s a video in our “Christmas Crafts” highlights section that shows how, and some orange slices! I also made a garland with the orange slices. You can read more about how I did that here in yesterday’s post. 
Another project I worked on last week was making these little gingerbread houses out of cardstock. I ordered the printable downloads from this Etsy shop and then cut them out and glued them together. They are so cute! It was a little on the pricey side for a download but I love that I can make as many as I want for years to come! They make great ornaments or gift toppers! I’ve had the round gift boxes for forever. Think maybe they were from HomeGoods?
