Good morning! Today I wanted to share some full angled shots of our updated traditional black and white living room. Although the overall style of this home and this space is traditional I like adding in some modern touches so that the overall space feels updated and a reflection of our style. In our main spaces I like sticking with a relatively neutral palette just so I can mix things up a bit when needed, but I also really like having contrast. For that reason I love mixing in black and white pieces. Using lots of textures and gold accents helps add interest to the space so the neutral color palette doesn’t feel to boring.

I don’t have any recent before shots because this house wasn’t ever on the market and it felt weird taking pictures when we were in the house looking at it with the owner so these are from the original listing from when they purchased it several years before.
