So, I have a few different things to mention in this post. First, when my mom was here visiting a few weeks ago I FINALLY got some shots of the girls BOTH smiling and looking at the camera! Yay! I was beginning to think it was never going to happen.
I am going to use one of these two for the front of our Christmas card this year.
So, I officially started putting out a handful of Christmas items yesterday. The only things I actually changed were a few of the pillows. I switched out the silhouette ones of Jane Austen and the Girl Reading for the Silent Night/Holy Night ones and then added these brand new drummer boy ones on my wingback chairs in our living room.
As I mentioned last week I have a little download for one of my favorite Psalms. I printed one out and added it to my buffet yesterday and updated my branches for Thanksgiving. Although I am starting on Christmas early this year, don’t worry, I am not skipping entirely over Thanksgiving.

As I mentioned in my last post I am going to be starting on my Christmas decorating next week so I have started looking through my photos from last December for a little inspiration. I helped my sister, Jamie decorate her home and I like how that turned out better than our house did last year.
Happy November everyone! Don’t you just love this time of year? I always get giddy with excitement as the holidays approach! And now along with Thanksgiving and Christmas we have Lillie’s birthday sandwiched in there too! Ahhh – there is so much to do! I am not going to do much for Thanksgiving as far as decorating goes because next week I am going to start working on Christmas.
