Well, we are moving once again. Yes, you read that right. Believe it or not, despite our many moves, I absolutely HATE moving. In fact, when we moved into our second house in North Carolina, I very loudly proclaimed to pretty much everyone I knew that I was not moving ever again.
Good morning! Our Guest Bedroom with Twin Beds is one of my favorite rooms in our house and I thought I would share some pictures of it today with some wild flowers seeing how I hadn’t taken any pictures of it since shortly after we made one the room just in time for some Christmas guests.

I’ve loved clipping wildflowers and adding them around the house this past week. Today I thought I would share some pictures of our family room with painted built-ins and our breakfast area.
Good morning. I hope you all had a lovely weekend. We ended up with beautiful weather which was a nice treat. Today I wanted to share some pictures of the spring branches we added to our black and white entryway and the adjoining rooms. I had some faux branches in these vases during the winter months, but I absolutely love this time of year when I can start bringing in flowers and branches from outsides.
I started working on our primary bathroom makeover in January and it is finally finished! As I mentioned a few weeks ago, I was trying to do this makeover on a tight budget, and relied heavily on paint and cosmetic changes like the peel and stick black and white tiles to make the room look more visually appealing without doing anything major to the space because if we live here long enough I would love to completely rip out the shower and install a beautiful new tile shower (maybe something like this or like this) and then remove the existing tub and put in a freestanding one like this or like this.
This weekend we shared the finishing touches we added to our entryway (you can see that post here), and today I am excited to share Lola’s bathroom makeover with board and batten and football wallpaper. I have been working on our bathroom and Lola’s bathroom for the past several weeks and am excited to finally have one of them ready to share (and I am hoping to have our bathroom ready either this weekend or next week to share!) In both bathrooms my goal was to do a very budget friendly makeover and not a full gut-job.
