Category: Mood Boards

Good morning! I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend. Today I  wanted to share some mood boards I  have been working on for an upcoming project. This is for a main living space area that features a kitchen, breakfast nook and living room. There are a couple of items that are in all of the mood boards as they are things we will be using for sure (the dining table, square pillow, white wingback chairs) and then the other items are more of to help decide on the overall feel of the space and the color direction we want to go in.

Good Morning! I am so happy it’s officially May! Although the weather here today is quite miserable. I am really missing living in the south right now – haha. Today I have another set of Guest Room Splurge vs. Save Mood Boards. This time I am doing some Vintage Black and White Guest Rooms, which has always been one of my absolute favorite styles.

Good morning! It’s been a little while since I shared some “Splurge vs. Save” mood boards so I thought I would work on creating a few while I am in between projects here at our house. First up, I want to share one for a Coastal Guest Room. Even though I typically am most drawn to a moody style, I have to admit, when spring is in the air, I always find myself drawn to a lighter coastal style.

Good morning! Today I am going to share some bathroom mood boards. As I mentioned in my post last week, I am about ready to start on several projects in our house starting with a mini budget-friendly makeover on Lola’s bathroom, as well as our primary bathroom. Then I’ve got plans for our loft area (I think that’s the project I am most excited about!), as well as our kitchen, Lillie’s bathroom and then our basement.

Good morning! I hope you all had a lovely holiday break. Today I am going to share some mood boards for our guest room with twin beds. One of the spaces I was quite sad about leaving in our last house was the guest room (and a guest bathroom attached to it). After having had the two houses prior to that (Our first North Carolina House and last Virginia house) not have a guest room at all it was so nice having a proper space for our family to stay in when they were visiting!
