Good afternoon! Our blue bedroom decorated for Christmas is the last space left to share this holiday season (and then I plan on sharing a little tour with snippets from all of the rooms). Last year during the holidays we were still sleeping with our mattress on the floor so for the first time in years and years we didn’t bother to put up any Christmas touches in our room so it was nice being able to do that again this year. Earlier this summer we finally got around to giving our bedroom a quick little makeover and then we added a few more touches in July and although there’s still more I’d like to do in here it was nice being able to make it feel festive this year.

We’ve used this Christmas tree in our bedroom many times over the years (you can see it in our bedroom in our first North Carolina house here and again here, our bedroom in our second North Carolina house here, and one of our Virginia bedrooms here).

I  made a DIY bow pillow in our guest room a couple of weeks ago and had fun making one in our bedroom too.

I kept most of the trees in our house simple this year (except for in Lillie’s room and Lola’s room) and kept is simple in here as well by just adding a silk bow on top and some little velvet ribbon bows on the branches.
