Hello everyone! Sorry, I had hoped to do this post this morning but we had a bit of a rough night. Lillian woke up at 2AM and was absolutely on fire and shaking. Her fever read 104, but as we discovered this afternoon, our thermometer reads between two to four degrees less than it should I am scared to think how high it actually was!
Just wanted to let you all know we do plan on beginning our next giveaway today, but Lillie is quite sick and until I can get her down for a nap that is not in my arms =) I won’t be able to post. Hopefully I will be able to at some point this afternoon, and if not, then tonight!
Wow! We got a whole bunch of snow here! This is the most snow I have seen since I have been living in the south! Lillie had a ball running around and playing in it! Fortunately, thanks to the wind, there were spots where it wasn’t very deep at all so she played there.
Here is a preview of a few new things I have been working on. I recently found some slate colored silk dupioni that I just adore the color of! I have been playing with it a bunch and here is a preview of a few of the items that will be added to http://www.dearlillie.com/ in February with the rest of our spring items:
The Adeliene Dress – in Slate with Pearls and Lace
The Lillian Shirt in Slate
The Lillian Shirt in Slate with Pearls and Lace
The Lillian Shirt in Slate with Jewels PS – Don’t forget to check back Monday for our next Giveaway!!!!!!
Here is a look at some of the things that Dana has been working on. We hope to add them, along with all of our new items to http://www.dearlillie.com/ in mid to late February. She gave me one of the Diana necklaces in navy for my birthday — I LOVE it!
So, we have had a rough few days at the Holmes’ house! Poor Lillie got the flu so bad we had to take her to the doctor’s and then it hit Jon and I. We are all finally feeling a bit better today, though, thank goodness! However, on a brighter note Sports Illustrated featured William and Mary on their main college basketball page yesterday and its still up today (not sure how much longer it will be so check it out now): http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/basketball/ncaa/?eref=sinav
Lillie got so excited when she saw Quinn she started jumping up and down and clapping!
