Good evening! I hope your week is off to a nice start. It’s been freezing and gloomy here for the last several days and we are sure wishing for some warmer weather to be around the corner. Tonight I wanted to share some pictures of our breakfast nook with green floral wallpaper. I’ve been slowly trying to add charm and character to our builder-grade home and after tackling lots of different areas in our home so far (you can see places that I’ve worked on already like our library here, kitchen here, laundry room here). Well, it was finally time to work on our breakfast nook. Here is what it looked like when we moved in:
And here it is now with this gorgeous wallpaper from LoveVsDesign. It is their Forest Canopy pattern in the colors Army, Linen and Sage. It was my first time using a Glissade paper (I have hung a TON of wallpaper over the years but have always used either traditional pasted papers or peel and stick options in the past) and I have to say it was by far and away the easiest paper I have ever installed. All you do it spray the wall and the back of the paper with water and that’s it. It has the ability to be easily repositioned like traditional paper yet requires no prep. It combines the best aspects of traditional and peel and stick into one and removes the aspects I dislike of each. It is really user friendly and I highly recommend this application!
