Lola has made pumpkin scones for us the last two weekends and they are so delicious. I had two the first weekend she made them but then had four last weekend. Haha! The scones themselves aren’t super sweet so depending on how sweet you want them you can double the glaze if you want them sweeter or if you prefer them not as sweet then you can just make the glaze as is.

Good morning! Last week I had some fun doing some baking in some new ruffled baking dishes I got. I made some cinnamon bread in this ruffled bread pan and then made a brookie with peanut butter frosting in this ruffled baking pan.
Good morning! If you are looking for pretty much the easiest Valentine’s Day treat you should try this Valentine’s Day Skillet Cookie! I found my heart shaped skillet at HomeGoods but you can find a similar here, here and here. And then just make your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe and add in some Valentine’s colored Peanut Butter M&M’s.
Good evening! I hope you all are having a lovely week so far. We’ve made a couple of batches recently of these puff pastry hearts filled (some filled with chocolate frosting and some with Nutella) and they’ve been a huge hit so thought we’d share them here on the blog as well seeing how they make a great little Valentine’s Day treat.
Every year since the girls were little we have made gingerbread houses. It’s one of my favorite traditions we do each Christmas. We used to make more traditional looking ones but we often had trouble with them falling apart – particularly when the girls were little until we switched over to these A-frame ones from Trader Joe’s several years ago and now we always use that kit because they are so easy to work with!
Fall Teacup Cupcakes
Good evening! Last holiday season I shared some fun and simple cupcakes I made with these silicone teacup cupcake liners that were so much fun to use and so cute! I had planned on doing some fun valentine’s cupcakes with them but never got around to it.
