Yesterday I took photos of Lillie and Lola’s room as well as of our new “You Are My Sunshine” chalkboards. Along with the chalkboard version of it we are also going to be offering it in two colors. As soon as we get them back from the printers we will be listing those in the shop – hopefully later this week and if not then we should definitely have them next week.
This room will be far the most boring transformation of all the decorated rooms I show you in our new house because we changed by far the least in here. Well, at least for now. Eventually we may be making some bigger changes in here but we haven’t decided yet. And it’s probably the least my style, but it is a cozy little room!
Although we are slowly making our way through the house painting all of the trim (London Fog in the kitchen/family room and Simply White throughout the rest of the house) we haven’t decided for sure yet what we are going to do in this room.
Tonight I thought I would show you a little peek into our kitchen. We are close to being done with it so I will hopefully be showing you the whole kitchen soon, but for now I want to at least show you one wall that we have finished (and in the last photo you can see a little more of the kitchen).
As I mentioned a few posts ago we ended up leaving to head to NH rather suddenly a week earlier than we had been planning on so I never took any photos with my real camera with more of the projects we worked on in our family room/kitchen.
I took these photos right after we finished painting this room. Before we even got the kitchen cabinets done on the other side of the room. And as of now they are the only photos I have taken of our new house with my “real” camera.
I haven’t done any decorating whatsoever out on the porch yet but we did plop our furniture into place that first day and so far every single night since we moved in we have eaten our dinner out here so I figured I would show you how it looked.
