Happy Saturday! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend! I just wanted to pop in with a few pictures of some fresh greenery we added and a few pics of the pups. As a blogger I have to start decorating for Christmas quite early so I always start off with all faux greenery throughout the house. However once we start closing in on December I love to add some fresh greenery in too! I usually put the fresh stuff outside. I first discovered Lynch Creek Farm way back when we lived in our townhouse in Virginia. I ordered some beautiful greenery from them for our Better Homes and Gardens photoshoot many years ago and fell in love with how lush it was and have been using it ever since! Pretty much every year I order the same style wreath because I love it so much! It’s the 26″ Blended Bay Wreath. I usually order it without the bow but this year decided to do the green bow which is really pretty! They are currently offering our readers $5.00 off their order with the code dearlillie5 at checkout! I also ordered the 72 ft of their Cedar Garland which is stunning. I used it over our front door, on two columns and on our stairway. It’s beautiful and I highly recommend it!
Here’s a little peek through the doors into our entryway:
It is so lush! I love how it drapes and falls so beautifully over the railing.
I wove some lights through the garland on the porch and as soon as I finish decorating my porch (I have a few small things left to add) I will photograph it as it gets darker so you can see it. After looking at this picture I see I need to head back outside and wrap the lights a little better in a few spots – haha!
I love seeing the garland all lit up at night! I added some to our two wood columns on the porch.
And here’s my sweet Ruby Mae in her new vest from Lucy and Co.! She’s always so sweet and poses nicely for me. I took this picture the day before she had a much needed grooming so she’s looking pretty shaggy – ha!
Teddy looked so adorable in his too! He just wasn’t quite as into taking photos as Ruby was -ha!
Well, that’s it for today! I will be sharing more pictures of the porch eventually – once I add the last few touches.
I hope you have a wonderful Saturday!
