We never really did anything with Jason’s room besides paint but here is the guest room/girls’ room:
With the exception of changing the countertops and buying new appliances the rest of the house was done on a very small budget. We worked with lots of old furniture that had been handed down along with some free items from some of the wonderful companies we have had the opportunity to work with like HomeGoods, Wayfair and Joss and Main and and then stuck with stores like Ikea and Target when we needed to purchase larger type pieces like the dining room table and chairs.

I hope that you all have a fabulous weekend!
You did such an amazing job on this house. I am sad that we won't get to see any new posts on it although I am happy your business is growing. I wish you the best of luck!
Cheers! Shelley
You've done an AMAZING job!!! The house is a dream and I wished it was mine;))The new place will definitely be stunning thanks to your creativity and great ideas. I look forward to pictures from your new house and keep my fingers crossed for the ''new chapter'':)
Best regards,
Strangely enough I sent a link to Jason's house to my daughter in law (also named Jennifer) this morning! Lucky buyers for this house….ya'll did a fabulous job!
Did it sell within minutes of putting it on the market? I would think that buyers could not believe how beautiful it is. It must be sad to say goodbye to it, in a way. You did an amazing job on the house!
Congrats on the continued success of your business & this exciting new chapter for Dear Lillie. We all drew lots of inspiration from Jason's home with all of your beautiful touches.
Beautiful after pics! I am cracking up at the kitchen before pic where there are paint cans and a giant supply of box wine lol! Very lucky buyers…
Someone will be so lucky for the chance to buy that beauty! You did a great job designing that home. Good luck to Jason in selling. GL to you all in the move to the warehouse for your wonderful business.
I don't see a reference to where the light in the dining room was purchased and I NEED it!
Hi! It's from Pottery Barn!
Loved watching the transformation! On to the next chapter for you all. Congrats on outgrowing the space!
Congrats on your move. You did a wonderful job on this darling home.
The natural light in this house is AMAZING — love reading your blog; so many great DIY ideas to keep me busy!
Did Jason actually live here? You mention the business is moving, what about Jason?
I love this home and the transformation…an inspiration for my own.
Never pictures of a Jason bedroom…
Haha yes, I did live there for a little more than 2 1/2 years. We never really did much to the master bedroom other than paint it, which is why we never featured it on the blog.
-Jason
Congratulations on your new warehouse space. The makeover on Jasons place was amazing, but nothing beats big open space like a warehouse for a business. xo
Hello Dear Lillie, I live in France and I just fall in love of this house. With my husband we would like to build a house so would it be possible for you to post the plan of this house? I can't really see the disposition of the rooms… It will be very nice
