I’ve been doing tons of baking lately and trying out some different style cupcakes. Last week I used these Russian tips and had so much fun making these tulip cupcakes. It took a few tries to get it right, but once I got the hang of it it was so cool watching eat one form. I think I am going to try to take some videos here soon of some of the different cupcakes I’ve been playing around with. I think it will be easier to see how to do that in a video vs. step by step photos. I need to get some kind of extender for my tripod though because I don’t want to be in the videos – I have to figure out how to take them from above so it’s just my hands in the videos – haha! So, if any of you have used an extender I’d love to know which one you have and if you would recommend it or not. I’ve had the marble and wood cutting board for years and years, but I think this is the same one here.
