Good morning! Today we wanted to share with you the guest bedroom in a townhome that we’ve been working on for one of our clients. We shared the kitchen, dining and living area earlier this month and this is the other room that we’ve gotten photographed. The one item we still haven’t found yet were the end tables so we borrowed these from the living room for the photos.
For this room the starting off point was a lovely black and white toile wingback chair that the homeowner had. With that, as well as a beautiful hand painted black dresser we had a color scheme to work with. We chose a bed that had a vintage feel to go with the other furniture pieces and then went with a simple white coverlet to cover the bed. We added a lovely duvet cover and shams with a charcoal and ivory stripe and a large ruffle for a feminine touch. The pom pom trim on the bedskirt adds very subtle, yet fun touch to the room.
For the draperies we went with these tassel trimmed drapery panels. They are even more beautiful in person! We were absolutely THRILLED with them.
We borrowed these side tables from the living room and think we will probably go with something similar in here but haven’t decided for sure yet. The lamps and vase are from HomeGoods.
Over on this side table we added this horse as well as a candle.
And here are a couple of wider angled shots:
