Today we are excited to be a joining several of our blogging friends on an early fall tour sponsored by HomeGoods. You can head on over to their blog and to our host Jessica’s blog, Four Generations One Roof to start the tour and see all of the talented bloggers who shared their homes yesterday and today. And the best part – each the eight bloggers are giving away a $100 gift card to HomeGoods. So you’ve got eight chances to win! We are going to be sharing our dining room, family room and some small touches we added to each of the girls’ rooms.
First up is our dining room. Well, here in Virginia there have not been any real pumpkins to be found anywhere! And our leaves haven’t started changing yet so for now I went with a really simple and monochromatic look and as we get further into the fall I will start adding in some real pumpkins and more color.

I found this beautiful wheat wreath at HomeGoods and actually bought three of them. I used two here in our dining room and one in our study. I love how natural the wreath looks and how it will transition into Thanksgiving. I also found some faux white pumpkins at HomeGoods that I sprinkled throughout the house including this large one that I placed on a cake stand.

And these adorable little mini baking dishes from HomeGoods were one of my favorite finds. In fact I ended up going back and buying a couple more!

The gray tufted bench and buffet lamps are some of my favorite HomeGoods finds!

We get asked all the time about our chandelier and we found somewhere where it can be purchased online.

We added our “Every leaf speaks bliss to me, fluttering from the autumn tree…” sign to the dining room for now. Although I prefer the painting we usually have there it’s fun to add the seasonal touch.

We added another wreath and some faux pumpkins to our cabinet:

We’ve loved making pumpkin bread in these cute mini baking dishes:

We also added these fun polka dot bowls from HomeGoods:

and this mixing bowl that goes with the baking dishes:

Then moving onto our study we added some fun plaid pillows in a chocolate and burnt orange color that goes nicely in this room.

We also added another wheat wreath in here on our mantel:

and then we added this cozy faux fur throw we also found at HomeGoods:

And then in Lillie’s room (and Lola’s too) we added a cozy pillow and a faux white pumpkin for each of them that had a glittered stem both from HomeGoods.

Lillie’s cozy white rug which she loves was also another HomeGoods find!

And we added the same simple touches to Lola’s room:

And now here is your chance to win a $100 Gift Card to HomeGoods! Just enter below and we will choose a winner this weekend and get your gift card mailed right out to you!
