Today we are excited to share the progress we have made so far in our new formal living room! This was another room where the trim was already white (yay!) so the I only had to paint the walls in here!  I pondered going with Kendall Charcoal which I’ve used in our last two homes and always loved but decided to go with something with a little bit more color to it and used Blue Note which Jamie used in her back hallway and I LOVED whenever I see it.

Today I am going to share our new master bedroom. This room was one of the easiest projects in the house because it pretty much just involved me painting the walls (they were a bright Carolina blue color) and then taking down a ceiling fan that was oddly placed over to the right side of the room.

We are excited to be participating in a Christmas Progressive Dinner today! The first stop was over at Sarah’s (Our Vintage Farmhouse) for a delicious Garlic Parmesan Skillet Bread and next up we have some Baked Potato Soup here in our dining room:

Here is list of all the courses that are on the menu and part of this dinner:

Don’t they all just look so delicious!?!?!?

Welcome to the Deck the Halls Christmas Home Tour, hosted by Decor Gold Designs and Randi Garrett Design! We are excited to join with so many talented bloggers to bring you some Christmas inspiration throughout the house!

Today we are sharing our entryways. Welcome, readers joining us from over at Dimples and Tangles

I love that the first thing we see when we open our front door is this piece of artwork by DeAnn.

One thing that I love doing each year is wrapping presents to coordinate with different rooms in our house. It’s an easy and inexpensive way to add some decor and something I need to do anyway so it is nice being able to display them instead of finding a closet to stash them away in.

Since this room is really more of a three seasons room, we haven’t been using it much lately, but I decided to go ahead and put some greenery and a few pops of red out here for the holidays. On a sunny day, it actually heats up pretty nicely in the afternoon, but it was NOT sunny when I took these pictures and I had to wear a hoodie, one of my husband’s hoodies over that, and gloves to take these.
