I am excited to introduce to you the newest member of our family – Jamie and Josh’s daughter, Everly (“Evie”) Penniman Druke! I will share some more photos of her soon, but thought I would at least show you a couple that I took of her at the hospital during the tiny window of time I got to see her before Lola got sick and we got stuck quarantined.
Well, it has been an interesting week that did not exactly go according to plan. When we found out Jamie was in labor last week the girls and I ran around like crazy and began our journey up to NH within a few hours of getting the call that the baby was on her way.
Today is the second day of the It’s a Spring Thing Blog Hop and Linky Party.
Yesterday, Mary Beth from Cupcakes and Crinoline
started us off with a delicious looking Lemon and Blueberry Butter
Cake, and today I thought I would share a rustic/woodsy themed spring
tablescape.
Whew! What a busy weekend we had! On Friday we welcomed a new member into the family and began moving Dear Lillie into a new, permanent location! We had not expected it to happen this way but Jamie’s baby arrived and papers were signed all within about an hour and a half time span – so needless to say it’s been a pretty hectic weekend.
About
a month or so ago Lillie and Lola had their first whoopie pie. I will
eat one if it’s offered to me but I am not an enormous fan of them so I
was surprised at how much they LOVED them!
