I am a little late in posting this but I wanted to share with you all where our July donation will be going. Each month a portion of every sale on our website goes to a family, organization or cause. This month a portion of each sale will be donated to The Alma Project which you can read all about over at Kate’s blog, Centsational Girl.

Congratulations to Preppy Mama and thank you all for entering!

I hope you all are having a wonderful Thursday!

Last week Meagan of Custom Wreaths by Meagan, was so sweet and sent me this beautiful wreath! I originally thought I would hang it over the mirror in our dining room but the proportions weren’t quite right. Then I set it on our mantel and I loved how it looked there!

Back when I was pregnant with Lillie and before I even knew what a blog was I decided to build a little window seat in the nook area of what was going to be Lillie’s nursery. It has held up pretty well for almost four years now but a couple of weeks ago one the brackets started to get a little loose.

I have to say I don’t think I have ever done any decorating for the Fourth of July. Partly, because I am a neutral girl so deep reds, and navy’s just don’t really get me excited, and partly because I don’t think we’ve been home on the Fourth of July in quite a few years.

I didn’t have time to finish editing the picture of some of the other projects we did for 4th of July, but I thought I would at least show you some pictures of a little patriot themed snack we had this weekend. I recently saw a fun image on Pinterest and traced it back to Amanda of Wit and Whistle.
