Lola has made pumpkin scones for us the last two weekends and they are so delicious. I had two the first weekend she made them but then had four last weekend. Haha! The scones themselves aren’t super sweet so depending on how sweet you want them you can double the glaze if you want them sweeter or if you prefer them not as sweet then you can just make the glaze as is.
Saturday morning I took some photos of the downstairs. Our stuff had finally arrived a week before and it felt so good to have everything unpacked and organized. I still have lots I want to do in each room as far as decorating goes (in fact I’d like to shift our color scheme in this house back to a lot of black and browns and plan on swapping out many of the light fixtures) but for now I haven’t purchased anything for this house – just unpacked and used items we already had.
Good morning! Earlier this week we shared the final tour of the downstairs and upstairs of our last home. We are in our stone cottage now and super excited about it. The first time we saw it we fell completely in love with it.
Good afternoon! Yesterday I shared the final tour of our the downstairs and today I wanted to share the final tour of the upstairs of our second Ohio house. Downstairs we had mostly a green color scheme and then upstairs we had mostly blue. First up at the top of the stairs was our laundry room.
Earlier today we sold our second Ohio house. Contrary to what it may seem I actually absolutely HATE moving. Haha! When we purchased this house though we knew it probably wasn’t going to be a super long term situation but it made the most sense for us at the time.
