This post was written last night and set to go off this morning but as I woke up to the horrifying news of what happened in Las Vegas last night I wanted to make sure it didn’t post before I could express our heartbreak and grief over what happened last night.
We’ve got a new Autumn Leaves sign in our shop available today! It’s the same design as one we did last year but this year we did it in our typical style sign vs. the wood style we did last year. Although it isn’t staying in our dining room (and the mirror and lamps went back after these photos) I decided this would be a good spot for product photos because I liked how it looked against our wallpaper!
Good morning! We are excited to be joining a bunch of our blogging friends for our fourth installment of the Seasons of Home Holiday Tour. Today we are all sharing our fall porch slash patio areas. We have spent quite a bit of time on the porch since we moved here last November but I have to say we are spending even more time out here now that the evenings are getting cooler and we have Ruby!
Happy Sunday! This is just a quick post with a few seasonal touches we added to our fall entryway. We just added a cozy throw and a basket full of branches cut from the yard (you can just line a basket with a plastic or glass jar or vase and keep the branches in water and they usually last a while!) And we swapped the more colorful artwork we had above the bench for this piece that was upstairs that has a darker/cozier feel to it for fall.
Here is a look at the Classic Yorktown Powder Room we have been working on for a client! Along with new wallpaper we changed out the vanity, lighting and mirror. The vanity was a bit of a hassle as it arrived damaged the first two times and we almost gave up on it and went another route but we just kept coming back to it because it was so pretty and so perfect for the space.
Good morning! We are joining a bunch of our blogging friends for the third installment of this year’s Seasons of Home Tour. Today we are sharing our fall family room with some fall decor. Ours is VERY simple this year – just a couple of pumpkins and some leaves cut from some trees in our yard.
