Good evening! I hope you are having a wonderful Saturday! It’s chilly here and starting to actually feel like the holiday season is about to be upon us. I’ve got two more sets of fall photos to share and then we will be switching to Christmas. First up is my new home office in our rental. I think this is my favorite room in the house. I would love to paint the walls a dark moody color but other than that, I am really happy with how it’s turning out. I took these photos earlier this week but have since hung drapery panels in the bay window and really like the finishing touch that adds to the room. They will be in the Christmas photos I take of this room.

I decided to use the large cabinet we had in our kitchen into my office. There aren’t any built-ins in this house so I thought this would be a great place to store my photo albums, chatbooks and some family photos and keepsakes. Then I swapped out the thirty-year old flush mount light and added this lantern. This was a great price and I was really happy when it arrived.
