One of the last projects we will be tackling here in our rental is the powder room. We are so excited to be partnering with Wayfair for this bathroom makeover. To start the project I put together a few different mood boards with different vanities, mirrors, sconces and wallpapers and ultimately decided to go with this look:

ARTWORK 

After I did that mood board I did end up last minute switching and going with this sconce. And I may swap the mirror and use this one that I already own if need be and if the minted artwork I have is a bit to large I have these prints (which were from our Soft Surroundings line and unfortunately no longer available) and will use them instead so here is a mood board that I did afterwards – the one above was my initial one.

I am so excited to get started. Here are some before shots:

The floors are already a beautiful hardwood and we are going to leave the shower as is but use a curtain and rod to make it less of a focal point. So the big project is to take the wallpaper down and put new paper up. And then we will swap out the toilet, and change the pedestal sink out for a small vanity and then change out the mirror and sconce and add some artwork! I can’t wait for it to all come together! I will be sharing the progress on instagram in our stories starting tomorrow.
