Happy Saturday! I hope your weekend is off to a good start. I’ve been taking tons and tons of photos this week as I prepare for two upcoming Christmas blogging tours and today though I would share a few images of our laundry room that I photographed yesterday. To add a few simple Christmas touches in here I first added a couple of wreaths. I hung one from the hooks over on the built in:

And the other one over on the hooks on the opposite wall:

Along with the wreaths I also added a mix of fresh and faux greenery and then a simple pom pom garland that I made from yarn.

Here’s a little reminder of what this space looked like at this time last year before I added the built-in and  and then added board and batten and wallpaper. It was a really inexpensive project and one that I am so glad I did because this spot has become so much more functional!

I love the whimsical touch that pom poms add to pretty much any space!
