Good morning! I hope you all had a lovely weekend. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen and then started plugging away on putting up our outdoor lights. We got about half of the way done but are now waiting on our fresh garland and wreaths to arrive later this week to finish it off. This morning I wanted to share some photos of our bathroom and the simple little holiday touches we added in here.

For a little reminder here it what our bathroom looked like when we moved in:

And then we gave it an inexpensive cosmetic makeover to make it feel a bit more like “us” and to flow better with our bedroom. You can read more about that here and here.

Here’s another before shot:

And here is that same angle now:

We filled two vases with some greenery we clipped from our yard including some cedar branches and then filled that in with some simple white roses and then added one of these trees we found at Target. I got a couple of them because they are narrow but have a good bit of height to them so they add presence without taking up much space! And that was it. Those simple touches help add a subtle yet festive feel to the space and tie in with our bedroom.

And here’s a little peek at our bedroom. I will have a full post up tomorrow with more pictures and all the source information.

That’s it for today! I hope you have a wonderful week!
