Tag: budget friendly bathroom makeover

I  started working on our primary bathroom makeover in January and it is finally finished! As I mentioned a few weeks ago, I was trying to do this makeover on a tight budget, and relied heavily on paint and cosmetic changes like the peel and stick black and white tiles to make the room look more visually appealing without doing anything major to the space because if we live here long enough I would love to completely rip out the shower and install a beautiful new tile shower (maybe something like this or like this) and then remove the existing tub and put in a freestanding one like this or like this.

Good evening! Last week I shared with you the little makeover I gave our guest bedroom and today I wanted to share the budget friendly makeover I gave to the adjoining guest bathroom. I just made some simple, inexpensive changes in here like adding board and batten, painting, swapping out the light fixture, faucet and mirror and then adding in a few accessories and it helped make the space feel more special for our guests and coordinates what I did in our guest bedroom.

Good morning! I hope you all are having a great weekend. I am preparing to tackle Lillie and Lola’s bathrooms over the next couple of weeks (I’ll be sharing mood boards for each of them this week) so today I thought I would post a few pictures of the other bathrooms we have done budget friendly makeovers on already in this house.
