Good morning! I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend! I love this time of year when all of the branches start to bud and blossom! There are so many trees in our area that are just bursting with life which always makes me so happy after a long winter.
I hope you all have had a wonderful weekend! I can’t believe that Christmas is only two weeks away. We shared the lower part of our entryway on Friday and thought tonight we’d share our Christmas hallway so you can see the rest of the way it flows as you go up the stairs.
I hope you all are having a great start to your week! Ours is already off to a busy start. Today we wanted to share with you our upstairs hallway. We swapped out the more summery pillows and throw we had here for some cozier ones and also thought we would switch the runner as well to this one for the fall and winter.
A few weeks ago I shared some pictures of our upstairs hallway with the progress we had made so far and today I am going to share it now that it is basically finished! I am going to switch out the shades on the lamps for either cream or possibly black ones once I find ones in this size and then I may switch things up a bit seasonally but otherwise it is finished.
This back hall connects the two bedrooms downstairs, or what used to be the master bedroom and library. Our uncle was a great reader, and had a fabulous book collection that filled the walls of built-ins in the library…and all the other bookshelves in the house. As much as we loved the library, for our family, it really needed to be a bedroom.
Happy Sunday! I thought I would share a few images of how we used our new faux pumpkins from our collection over at Painted Fox in our dining room. The color of them worked so beautifully with the dried hydrangeas in our dough bowl. And we had fun using the dollhouse as decor.
