Good evening! I hope you have had a great Saturday! It was freezing here today so perfect afternoon for a long walk with hot cocoas and then a warm fire afterward and now we are snuggled up for a move night. Tonight we just have a quick little post of some festive little touches we added to our hall closet upstairs.
Good morning! I hope you are having a wonderful week. I can’t believe it’s February! Today I want to share with you the progress we’ve made in our upstairs hallway. Although some parts of this house are quite similar to our old one, the entryway and upstairs hallway had a good bit more space than our previous home and we were exited about that.
When we moved in pretty much the entire upstairs was painted a “builder’s beige”.
Now that all the main parts of the house have all been painted it’s time to start tackling the closets. We won’t be necessarily making them all “pretty” but we do need to clean them up and paint them. Our linen closet is right at the top of the stairs and seeing how a few members of our family seem to like to leave the doors open we figured it would be nice to clean this one up and make it more visually appealing after we got it painted.
We hope you all are having a wonderful weekend so far. I haven’t finished typing up my linen closet makeover up yet but thought I would show you a little peek. Hopefully I will have it finished up in time for tomorrow. In the next post I will have a very detailed source list.
