I have always loved doing table settings. In fact it’s always been one of my favorite decorating things to pull together. I sometimes will add in a little new accent (like the maple leaf plates and turkey salt and pepper shakers) but otherwise I typically use items that I have around the house.

Today we are going to share a simple Thanksgiving table setting, but first want to acknowledge out lack of posting over the last couple of weeks and why our heart just isn’t going to be in the holiday posts that we have coming up over the next several weeks.
Good morning! I can’t believe tomorrow is the last day of October and then Sunday is November! Things are starting to get festive looking here in our house. We’ve got all of our trees up and I am just about finished decorating. I just need to add a few finishing touches to a few spots and that’s it.
Good evening and happy Sunday! I hope you all have had a wonderful weekend. We had beautiful weather and a very busy but also really fun weekend here. We haven’t added any Christmas decor to our rental yet and have been enjoying some subtle fall touches throughout the house but I am going to have to start getting the Christmas stuff out soon because I’ve got some pictures due to a few places.
Happy Sunday! Today we are sharing a Thanksgiving Tablescape. For this year’s thanksgiving table, we used all of our existing dinnerware and then added a little wooden cutting board to each place setting and then cut some branches from the yard, added in a few pumpkins, some eucalyptus, fresh pears and grapes and then a few faux branches that I have had for forever.
