A Light Fixture in Our Family Room

Pretty much right when we moved in we took down the dated ceiling fan that was here and for several months we didn’t have anything up here at all while I looked for a flush mount. I have had my eye on this gorgeous gold one from Shades of Light for quite some time but wasn’t sure how it would flow with the rest of the room. Once we chose the gold lantern for about the breakfast table I knew this would be perfect. It coordinates so well with the lantern and doesn’t block your view of the TV. It’s a nice subtle addition to the room. Shades of Light has so many beautiful and unique light fixtures. I have several that I have my eye on for some client spaces!
