New York City Wall Mural

Good morning and Happy Friday! Today I am going to share the progress we’ve made so far in Lillie’s room. Keep in mind this is just what we have done so far in here and we still have more to do (for instance we haven’t really added the volleyball touches in yet and still haven’t put the LED lights up and are waiting to add a pin board and artwork as well as lamps for her nightstands). We are excited to have the room start to come together though, so wanted to share what we’ve done so far in here. As I mentioned in the mood board post earlier this week, she had her heart set on a New York City and volleyball room. She fell in love with this New York City mural from our partner, Limitless Walls, the second she saw it, and it became the jumping off point for her whole room.

Initially I was a bit unsure about the idea of doing a mural like this but have to admit I am so glad she had her heart set on it because it turned out so cool and we both absolutely love it. She was thrilled when it went up! This was my first time working with Limitless Walls and I have to say it was such a great experience. Their customer service is amazing and it was the easiest peel and stick wallpaper to reposition that I have ever worked with! I highly highly recommend them and now want to find another spot in our house to hang another mural. They have so many to choose from including some really cool vintage style ones like this and ones you design using your own photo! And they have wallpaper too!

Limitless Walls is offering our readers 35% off any wall mural with the code DEARLILLIE35! So be sure to head on over and check out all their amazing options.

It has been so much fun working on this room with her and seeing her taste and style really come out. She has always helped on her rooms in the past, but I think this is the most excited I’ve seen her about a room and it has made me so happy watching her reaction as it comes together! We can’t wait to add the finishing touches!

I love the way the lights on the mural seem to almost really glow!
