Good morning and happy Friday! I hope you all are having a great week! Yesterday Jason shared the double barn doors he made for this mini bedroom makeover we did for a client and today we are going to share the rest of the space! This was a smaller scale project and was fun to quickly pull together! The homeowners already had all the furniture – bed, dresser, both nightstands and armoire and they were also putting some new berber carpet down, so the plan was for us to add some new bedding and accessories to help finish the space off!

Here is the BEFORE:

And here is the same angle after (with the bed moved over to the window wall):

For the bedding we worked with Boll and Branch. They have a luxurious line of bedding that worked perfectly for this space starting with their super soft Banded Sheets with the navy trim. Their sheets are made ethically using Fair Trade Certified cotton and 100% GOTS-certified organic with eco-friendly, non-toxic dyes. Then we added three of their Hemmed Euro Shams. They are soft and chic and go with just about any decor! Then we added one of their banded duvet covers to go with the sheets and add another touch of navy to the room!

Once we’d chosen the bedding we then added a few simple throw pillows and chose the drapery panels which are one of my favorite things we added to the space! We also picked out some simple lamps that add some more navy to the room and a few accessories to each nightstand.

We also added a cozy cable knit throw from Boll and Branch to the end of the bed (it also works well over on the chair!)

Here’s another before:

To keep costs down we use their same curtain rod but hung it up higher before we added the new draperies.

I also LOVE how the doors finish off the space and add some dark color to that wall! The client has some gorgeous artwork ordered and on the way for above her dresser but seeing how it hadn’t arrived yet when I was taking these photos I borrowed a canvas from my house to fill in (and also a couple of other accessories). I can’t wait to see how it looks when the new art arrives!!!

We just did some simple styling on the nightstands.

And here are a few wider angled shots:
