Good morning! Yesterday I shared a bunch of mood boards for some girls rooms and today I am back to share three budget friendly options. Obviously, everyone’s opinion of good deal and price point is different so keep in mind, just like yesterday, these are really just for inspiration and can be used just sort of as a starting off point. There are so many creative ways to get the look you want by finding good deals at thrift shops, or on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, yard sales, etc.

Yesterday’s boards were purely chosen with items that I was drawn to aesthetically and I didn’t factor in a price point. In these ones today I tried to find the best deals I could to get the overall feel I was going for. Some of the items I was able to find for REALLY great prices (like a $40 mirror and a bed that is under $200!) whereas some items are better prices than some of the furniture pieces yesterday but still aren’t “cheap”, if that makes sense.

First up, we have a black and white themed room. I think this one is my favorite in today’s post. The rug I chose for this one gives the room a more playful feel, but you could easily swap it out for this one from yesterday’s mood boards and remove the bunnies and it would instantly give the room a more grown up feeling for a teenager. By doing a fun pattern on the rug though and skipping wallpaper that immediately helps keep this look at a lower price point. I think this would look pretty with white board and batten on the lower 2/3 of the room and then black paint on the top third or vice versa. It also would look pretty with solid white (or a soft cream) or solid black walls.

This one is overall geared a bit more for a younger girl, but again with a few tweaks could easily be used for an older girl too! By swapping the bed for something like this or this and changing out the unicorn lamp for something a bit more sophisticated and removing the dolls it could definitely work for a tween or teen who loves pink too! And using dot wall decals like these ones is a more budget friendly alternative to wallpaper!

This one is my least favorite because it was the last one I did for the girls rooms and my brain had already started focusing on the boys rooms and nurseries so this one got the least amount of attention. It has a couple of items that aren’t quite as budget friendly as the options above (the light fixture and bed in this one although are still nicely priced are a little bit higher of a price point than the ones pictured in the other two mood boards above). And the bunny with the glasses isn’t a budget friendly option, but I found it after I had finished all the other mood boards and thought it was cute so added it to this one. The other items though are well priced. I think the rug is a GREAT  price and really pretty! And the pin board on this mood board is just under $10! The mirror is a great price as well and each piece of art is priced so reasonably! I love supporting Etsy shops. There are so many great artisans out there!

That’s it for today! I hope you all have a wonderful day!

Warmly, Jenni
