Good morning! Today I am going to share some pictures of the progress in our new living room and tomorrow I’ll share the kitchen area on the other side of this space. So far in here all we’ve done is taken down some of the curtains and other things the previous owners left and swapped out the light fixtures and then just used all of our furniture and accessories that we already owned to furnish and decorate the space so there’s nothing too exiting to share in here right now.

These new chairs arrived from our partner, Bassett Furniture a week or so ago and they help add the finishing touch to this space! They are the Whitney Accent Chairs and we ordered them in the Pattern: 6413 Color: 9 Smoke (which is a gorgeous Brownish Black Velvet) and then did a antique brass nailhead trim.

Good morning! Today I wanted to share a little peek of our living room as well as some gift guides I’ve been working on. We got a 9 ft tree to go in our living room. And then just decorated it really simply with some beaded garland and some battery operated candles.
Hello! I hope you all are having a great week. In the last couple of weeks our house has really started feeling like it’s coming together. We’ve added rugs, tables and some lamps and finished up the powder room, guest bedroom and bathroom and finally added the light fixture to our master bedroom.

I took these photos a little over a week ago and have since painted the built in bookshelves on either side of the fireplace Black Magic by Sherwin Williams and then my husband and I cleared all this furniture and out into the garage and guest room because the floors have been getting redone this past week!
