Happy Sunday! Today we wanted to share a little nursery we decorated for a precious little baby named Lila Grey. It isn’t quite finished – we still have one wall we need to work on and then add a shelf below the sign on another wall but we thought we would share the progress so far on it.
Good morning! Today we are joining several of our blogging friends and sharing our summer porches and patios. We haven’t done anything different out here since we last shared our porch earlier this spring so this will be mostly just a picture heavy post.
We’ve had lots of beautiful evenings here lately perfect for a yellow cake with cream cheese frosting topped with blueberries.
Happy Saturday! I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend! I wanted to pop in today to share a few finishing touches we’ve added to our master bedroom – mainly this super cozy chunky knit merino wool throw from our sponsor, Artizen Home.
This is the living room that never ends…I can’t believe I actually began painting it last summer! And even though I say it is “finished” there are actually two windows on the wall opposite the doors that need to be replaced because you can feel the draft if you stand right in front of them in the winter, and I’m on the lookout for a narrow table to go along the wall on that side as well.
Although it definitely isn’t finished, we’ve made some more progress in our living room. We added a new larger rug from our sponsor, eSale Rugs and it is beautiful! I love how it looks against the dark walls and light colored sofa. It’s similar to the one in our family room that we love but a little bit darker.
Pretty much right when we moved in we took down the dated ceiling fan that was here and for several months we didn’t have anything up here at all while I looked for a flush mount. I have had my eye on this gorgeous gold one from Shades of Light for quite some time but wasn’t sure how it would flow with the rest of the room.
