We’ve still got a LONG way to go before the downstairs is fully feeling like our home, so I am just going to share a few pictures of the progress we’ve made so far these first couple of weeks. You can see before photos of our home here in this post, and the mood board for this house here in this post.
Good evening! A couple of weeks ago I shared the news that we were moving and the final tour of our first Ohio House (you can see all the before and after’s of that house here in this post). As has often been the case with our moves, we were working with a pretty short window of time and therefore had to make a choice based on the limited options available in the area we were looking in.
Good morning! I hope you are all having a lovely weekend. We are officially in our new house now and pretty much all unpacked and have been plugging away getting things organized, hanging curtains and blinds and just all that kind of stuff. I plan on sharing some little peeks into how things are coming together in our stories on Instagram this weekend but for now wanted to share the mood board that has the general feel of what we are doing in the new house.
Well, we are moving once again. Yes, you read that right. Believe it or not, despite our many moves, I absolutely HATE moving. In fact, when we moved into our second house in North Carolina, I very loudly proclaimed to pretty much everyone I knew that I was not moving ever again.
Good morning! I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend. Today I wanted to share some mood boards I have been working on for an upcoming project. This is for a main living space area that features a kitchen, breakfast nook and living room. There are a couple of items that are in all of the mood boards as they are things we will be using for sure (the dining table, square pillow, white wingback chairs) and then the other items are more of to help decide on the overall feel of the space and the color direction we want to go in.
Making layered cakes can be lots of fun, but they also can be very time consuming and difficult to transport. Our whole family loved this Reese’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Layered Cake I made a few years ago, so I thought I would try to make a quicker and easier version of it and make a Reese’s Sheet Cake.
