Good morning! It’s been a little while since I shared some “Splurge vs. Save” mood boards so I thought I would work on creating a few while I am in between projects here at our house. First up, I want to share one for a Coastal Guest Room. Even though I typically am most drawn to a moody style, I have to admit, when spring is in the air, I always find myself drawn to a lighter coastal style.

Good morning! As we all start dreaming of warmer weather and spring and summer days ahead I thought I would share a few Spring Break Style Mood Boards. They’ve got a mix of things from bathing suits, to cover ups. hats, water bottles. sneakers, sandals, bags and sunglasses! I  did some in some relatively neutral color themes as well as a more fun colorful one.

More photos and all of the details for the cake above can be found here in this post.

Good morning! I hope you all are having a lovely week. I  was hoping to have time this week to put together a fun little Easter table setting but unfortunately I  haven’t had a chance so instead I    thought I would compile some previous Easter table settings and cakes that I have done along with a couple of mood boards for Easter decor items I have eyed this year.

I  started working on our primary bathroom makeover in January and it is finally finished! As I mentioned a few weeks ago, I was trying to do this makeover on a tight budget, and relied heavily on paint and cosmetic changes like the peel and stick black and white tiles to make the room look more visually appealing without doing anything major to the space because if we live here long enough I would love to completely rip out the shower and install a beautiful new tile shower (maybe something like this or like this) and then remove the existing tub and put in a freestanding one like this or like this.

This weekend we shared the finishing touches we added to our entryway (you can see that post here), and today I    am excited to share Lola’s bathroom makeover with board and batten and football wallpaper. I have been working on our bathroom and Lola’s bathroom for the past several weeks and am excited to finally have one of them ready to share (and I am hoping to have our bathroom ready either this weekend or next week to share!) In both bathrooms my goal was to do a very budget friendly makeover and not a full gut-job.

Good morning! Today I wanted to share our entryway with board and batten and wallpaper. I know I haven’t posted on here in what feels like forever. Life has been particularly hectic lately and although I have been plugging away on several projects I haven’t had time to get things finished up and photographed until this past week.
