Good morning! Today we are excited to be participating for the NINTH straight year in the Holiday Housewalk hosted by Jennifer Rizzo! Every year I absolutely love getting to see so many of my favorite houses all decked out for the holidays and I can’t wait to sit down with my coffee this morning and start over at Jen’s blog and check out all of the houses participating in Day One (I had a crazy day yesterday so haven’t had a chance yet) and then all of the homes shared today as part of Day Two!

We are house number eight in the tour so if you are coming over from Nesting with Grace, welcome! Brooke has such a beautiful home and I just love seeing what she does every year!

First, we will start with our little front porch area. I am still waiting on some lanterns to arrive and a couple other little finishing touches and then I’ll take some more picture but for now here’s a little peek:

For all source information for our porch you can click here. And when you open the front doors this is our entryway:

I just added some simple, yet festive touches in here. I used real cedar garland on the lower railing and love how it turned out. Then added a preserved boxwood wreath that I have had for years now (it’s made it’s way to four houses  now – ha!) and then put some simple clippings from our yard in a vase with some faux hyacinths I’ve had for years.

For all of our entryway sources you can click here. I took this photo from my office and I haven’t photographed that yet and probably won’t have a chance to until next week. One you walk a little farther into our house you come to our main living space which has our kitchen, dining area and living room. Here is our kitchen:

For all kitchen source information you can click here.

Then next up we have our dining area. I put some paperwhites on a cake stand and surrounded them with a wreath for the centerpiece and then added a garland of mixed greenery and a tartan ribbon down the center of the table to add to the look. I then finished it off with two candles in vintage brass candle holders.

For all dining area source information you can click here.

Then over on the other side of the room is our main living space. Our tree is from Balsam Hill and it’s definitely my favorite tree we have owned. It’s the Grand Canyon Cedar and is 7.5 feet tall.

We got this nativity set several years ago in Virginia at a shop that is now closed and I’ve never been able to find this exact one online for people asking about it until now! It is for sale here,  here and here!

For most of the living room sources you can click here.

Next up is our master bedroom.

I like this little nook area when you first walk into the room:

Here’s a little peek into our room. I’ll be sharing full room shots in a blog post tomorrow and will have all of the sources listed for this room then too.

You can find lots more photos and all source information for our master bedroom here.

Next up is Lillie’s bedroom. Here’s just a little peek into her room. I’ll be sharing lots more pictures along with all of the source info soon! As soon as I have a chance to go through all of the photos I took.

Once I share her Christmas room I’ll have all of the sources listed in that post, in the meantime you can find info like wallpaper and most of the larger items sourced in this post. And you can find her tree here. And here is a little peek at Lola’s room:

I’ll have a post up soon with all the holiday pictures of Lola’s room but in the meantime you can find most of the source info here.

That’s it for me today! Thank you so much for taking the tour! Now it’s onto the next stop, Nina Hendrick’s. I cannot wait to head on over and see her beautiful home:

I hope you all have a wonderful week!

Warmly, Jenni
