Good morning! I hope you all are having a nice weekend. This time of year always feels to dreary so I’ve been doing lots of organizing (you can see our hall closet and pantry makeovers I did in January here and here) and also like finding little ways to cozy up the house.

I have always enjoyed getting our pantries organized (you can see some of our previous pantries here, here, here and here) and today wanted to share the DIY Pantry Shelves I did last week for our current home’s pantry.
Good morning! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Last month I shared about the gingerbread houses that I added to the shelf above our sink for the holidays and then recently I decided to make a dried orange slice garland and add it to the shelf to give it a bit of a nostalgic touch similar to the candles we’ve added to our windows.
Good afternoon! I’ve shared some views of these gingerbread houses on our kitchen shelf in our stories on Instagram but also wanted to share some photographs of them here on the blog.
Back in October when we shared the pictures of the little makeover we gave the area above our kitchen sink we explained how when we first saw this house I immediately ruled it out because I really disliked the sink being on a wall without a window.
Before we start sharing holiday content tomorrow I wanted to share the video we made for Instagram of the before and after’s so far here in the downstairs of our new house.
Here is the video:

Good morning! I hope you all had a lovely weekend. We had some cooler weather sweep in that really made it feel like fall here! And now that I’ve got the main living spaces looking more our style it was time to add a few fall touches. I kept things really simple knowing I’ve got a bunch more projects I’m going to be starting on this week and the Christmas decor will be coming out soon (which I am super excited about), so I just added a few real pumpkins and then pulled a few faux branches, some pampas grass and some feathers out of one of my bins in the basement and that was it.
