Good morning! Well, it’s starting to look a lot like Christmas around our house. Although I am definitely not done decorating I have made quite a bit of progress so far and thought I would share some of that today along with some Christmas finds like this set of adorable Gingerbread Nutcrackers (or technically Gingerbread Toy Soldiers) from our sponsor Wayfair (links are paid links).

It’s September! We have had some cooler mornings and evenings here lately which I absolutley LOVE! There’s nothing better than a cup of coffee with some warm pretty pumpkin bread straight out of the oven on a crisp fall morning. All four of us love pumpkin bread, muffins and cake so we tend to make a lot of it each fall.
Good afternoon! So now that August is coming to a close and September is on the horizon I’ve started adding some subtle fall touches throughout the house. In this house I will probably stick mostly with some brown and green autumn decor because that flows with what we have going on and I also feel like the green touches have a more subtle fall feel to them which is nice when the weather is still warm out.
Good afternoon! I’ve been working on I’ve been working on making our kitchen a bit more our style since we moved in last fall (starting with the shelf over the sink and wallpapering and creating a more functional pantry, and more recently building a hood and then a hutch) so thought I’d share some updated photos of our Green and White Kitchen now that most of the project are all finished.
Good afternoon! I hope you all are having a lovely weekend. After completing my DIY range hood cover earlier this month I knew the next project I wanted to tackle was a DIY Kitchen Hutch with Scalloped Trim for our kitchen so that way I could have the majority of my kitchen and dining area projects complete!
Good afternoon! Last week I decided to finally pull the trigger on our DIY Range Hood Cover. I knew from the moment we decided to go with this house (based entirely on it’s location and not really the house itself, you can read more about that decision here) that I would want to make a cover for the hood.
